CoreX Metals & Mining, the metals and mining subsidiary of CoreX Holding, operates as part of a global network spanning 20 companies in 11 countries.

PORTS & TERMINALS

CoreX Holding entered the port management industry after YILPORT Container Terminal & Port Operation Inc. was established. As of today, 24% of CoreX's consolidated revenue comes from this industry.

GREEN ENERGY

CoreX has been making ambitious business plans for the future to produce new solar power plants and build wind and geothermal power projects across its markets.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

CoreX Holding operates in freight transport, and the logistics industry represents 4% of its consolidated revenues. CoreX owns and manages operations of 9 dry bulk and general cargo vessels and 10 chemical tankers.

CMA CGM

CMA CGM is the world's 3rd largest container shipping company, in +160 countries through 755 agencies. CoreX owns 12% of the company shares.

FERRONIKELI

NewCo Ferronikeli is the only nickel ore mining and ferronickel production factory in Kosovo. It is the first nickel asset of CoreX.

POLYMETCORE

Polymetcore is the commodity trading branch of CoreX, established in Switzerland in 2014, trading with more than 100 countries.

QAZAQ SODA

First and only soda ash production facility project in Kazakhstan. CoreX will construct and operate the plant with 500,000 tpy production capacity.

TIKHVIN FERROALLOY

Tikhvin Ferroalloy is established in St. Petersburg, and operates as the largest ferrochrome production facility in the country.

TRANSITEX

Transitex is the cold chain freight forwarder, and one of the leading logistics companies, established in Portugal.

VARGÖN ALLOYS

Vargön Alloys is the first international acquisition of Corex, established in Sweden. The factory is the world's oldest ferroalloy producing facility.

VOSKHOD CHROME

Voskhod Chrome is the largest chrome ore mine in Kazakhstan, and one of the highest-quality chrome ore suppliers in the world.

YILCOQUE

Yilcoque is CoreX's first greenfield project, established in Colombia to produce metallurgical coke to be used in ferroalloy production.

YILDIRIM ENERGY

YILDIRIM Energy is the energy production and trade branch of YILDIRIM, focusing on renewable energy in hydro, solar and wind power plants.

YILMAR

Yilmar is a shipping company, established by CoreX in 2000, offering management, chartering, and brokering services.

YILPORT HOLDING

Yilport is the port management branch of CoreX Holding, ranked 10th among international conteinar terminal operators by Drewry.

YILYAK

Yilyak is the first subsidiary of CoreX Holding and the largest coal and metallurgical coke importer and trader of Türkiye.
